Don’t just hop on the latest fitness or nutrition trend, and don’t follow blindly. And please, don’t pick your training routine or diet advice out of a Cosmopolitan magazine. “Don’t just listen to someone because they’re a certified personal trainer or because they squat 600 pounds.
